Wow. It's been a loooong time since i last blacklist someone.
As much as I do not wish to blacklist buyers, I really cannot just let the matter rest this time.
All the buyers who've bought items from me before, they should know that I always give discounts, free gifts, free local postage, free meetup at their convenience or some other privileges. But honestly, I hate people who tries to take me for granted.

First, she requested for swaps. But as everyone else know, I do not offer swapping of items which is clearly stated in the post itself as well as the terms & conditions. I saw in her blogshop that she's looking for button earpieces so I kindly informed her that I have instocks for these earpieces and ASKED if she's interested or not. [Note: I didn't force her to buy. I just let her know about it.]
At this point of time, I told her to get back to me again if she's interested to purchase any items. She replied saying she'll be getting one of the earpieces. So I offered her free local postage. Other than that, I told her that if she's interested to get any of the item she wanted to swap initially, she can get it at a cheaper price. And she agreed and confirmed. Thinking that she will not be one of those backout buyers, I paid my friend the cash for the earpiece that she wants. My friend is a blogshop owner too, thus we sometimes help each other to sell our products. This buyer said that she'll be transferring the cash soon, but i never hear any news from her. So i messaged her, she said maybe her friend not interested anymore. Okay nevermind, i told her to make payment soon and inform me about it. After one week, no news. So I emailed her just now to remind her in case she forgotten our deal. Guess What?? She said she's gonna PASS cause she don't have enough cash. I mean, if you don't have enough cash, why didn't u tell me earlier when we messaged each other? Making me a fool by waiting for your payment? I don't earn anything, seriously. I've gotten the earpiece with me now and you can't expect me to return to my friend and said I don't want it anymore, please give back my money. When you confirmed your orders, you are deemed to have AGREED to the terms & conditions. It is really unreasonable to just backout like this.
Yah, so silly of me to trust her in the first place right. In turn, not only that I didn't earn anything, I also incurred a LOSS. it's not easy managing a blogshop you know. I've been managing one for 2 years plus. I met all sorts of problems and I had enough this time. Because of me trusting all my buyers so much, I meet this kind of problem.
From now onwards, TRUST will only exist when buyers made payment to me. Only then i will process orders. Don't ever take me for granted, especially when I've given you discounts/free postage etc.
